One of the objectives of CoVE over the next months will be to pilot a Training
Needs Analysis Tool (TNA) with some 400 Schools across the country and to market the tool to Local Authorities (LA's) who are not using it at the present time.
The TNA is designed to specifically meet the development needs of schools and Local Authorities (LA's) in line with national school agendas. It includes training needs analysis questionnaires and other tools to assist with individual and school/organisation development. These questionnaires allow both schools and individuals to measure current competence against frameworks and identify areas for further development.
