Identifit is an online tool designed to specifically meet the development needs of schools and LA’s in line with national school agendas. Identifit includes training needs analysis questionnaires and other tools to assist with individual and school/organisation development. These questionnaires allow both schools and individuals to measure current competency against frameworks and identify areas for further development.
